COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley MVI69-GSC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dialogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dialogic such as the SS7HDP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC200MDL240E manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SERVOAMPLIFIER by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Digitrace Brand 920HTCMDM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cincinnati-Milicron such as OC35312989A equipment made by Cincinnati-Milicron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cincinnati-Milicron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cincinnati-Milicron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IKS4009 made by Indramat as well as the popular BNIDNT302000Z005 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BFDSPY010 by Beta-Tech and OC35312989A spares by Cincinnati-Milicron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1746HSRV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
